A request is not a booking

Sending the form books nothing and holds no dates. The dates you chose remain available to other visitors until we have replied to you.

Every request is read personally. We come back to you to confirm availability and agree the arrangements. A stay is firm only once that confirmation is given in writing and payment has been received.

Prices

All amounts are in Swiss francs. The quote shown includes accommodation, any applicable discounts, the Geneva city tax, and the options you selected.

The quote is fixed at the moment of your request. If our rates change afterwards, that change does not apply to you.

The city tax is set by the canton of Geneva and collected on its behalf.

Stay and occupancy

The minimum stay and the maximum number of guests are shown in the form at the time of your request. Infants do not count towards occupancy.

The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not accepted.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out times are stated in your quote and in your acknowledgement. Access is keyless, with no handover and no meeting.

A late check-out can be requested in the form, subject to availability.

Cancellation

The cancellation terms you selected appear on your quote. They are set out on the Cancellation Policy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
