First of all
A stay request commits you to nothing. Until we have replied and you have paid, there is nothing to cancel: your request has held no dates.
What follows therefore concerns only stays already confirmed and paid for.

You choose your option in the form, before sending your request. It is recorded on your quote and does not change afterwards.
